We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to client inquiries and understand their travel needs and preferences
- Prepare and present customized travel packages, including flights, hotels, excursions, and other services
- Promote and upsell travel products and services to increase revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel bookings
- Handle bookings, reservations, cancellations, and travel documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and travel itineraries
- Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, airline offers, and promotions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to secure best deals for clients
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field0–2 years of experience in travel sales, customer service, or tourism (internships welcome)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSales-oriented with a customer-first mindsetAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksProficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) is a plusPassion for travel and destination knowledge is highly desirableFluent in [English and Arabic] – any additional language is a plus
