Job Description

We are hiring Real Estate Sales Agents who are experienced in outdoor sales.

Applicants should be competitive and high performers with a proven track record of sales achievements.

Our team is strategically expanding into a solid group of focused, self-motivated sales agents.

The hired Real estate Agents will operate in Jbeil area. Priority for candidates living in this geographical area.

Specific communities will be communicated prior to the start date.

Summary of Duties :

Achieve the target listing from different sources, whether online or physical farming, in the designated area of operation. Take appropriate information about the properties and contact information about the landlords and provide all the necessary legal documents to complete the file.

Handle buyers' requests from A to Z. Execute phone calls, meet with buyers, Visit properties with potential buyers, prepare purchasing offers and close deals.

Job Specifications :

Education : University Degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in Business administration, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, or another related field.

Work Experience : 2+ years of experience in outdoor sales is mandatory (with proven experience in targets and track record of achievements). Experience in the real estate field is a plus.

Real Estate knowledge is a plus.

Customer Relationship Management is highly desirable.
