Job Summary :
The Sales Admin supports a company's sales team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role is critical for ensuring timely processing of orders, maintaining customer records
Key Responsibilities :
o Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
o Process sales orders and track delivery schedules in coordination with logistics.
o Handle inquiries from clients and relay information to the appropriate sales representatives.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
o Follow up with customers post-sale for feedback and ongoing support.
o Coordinate meetings, calls, or visits between sales staff and customers

Qualifications :o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
o 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
o Familiarity with CRM and ERP software.
o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Strong written and verbal communication.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
o Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment :
o Office-based role with standard business hours.
o May involve occasional off-site client meetings, depending on the organization.
