Operations Manager with Graphic Design Background

OJ Digital Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager with creative background (design / writing) to join our team remotely.

This is a very unique and special role and set-up where you'll be responsible of all operations full-time - fully remote and without set working hours.

You will be responsible for managing client orders, and relationships, overseeing projects from start to finish, including mostly graphic design projects and writing projects.

You must be familiar with design work related to Packaging designs (labels, pouches, boxes), as well as infographics designs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management

• Oversee the lifecycle of all client orders on selling platforms we use, from initial order intake to final delivery.
• Ensure orders are assigned to the appropriate team members (designers, writers, etc.).
• Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and revision requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and keep them informed about the progress of their orders.
• Manage customer expectations, especially in cases where urgent requests or tight deadlines arise.
