Personal & Executive Assistant

Location : remote Employment Type : Full-time About the Role : We are looking for a highly organized and intelligent female Executive & Personal Assistant to support both professional and personal tasks for senior leadership.

This role is ideal for a recent post-graduate (age 20–25) who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to take on a long-term opportunity.

You’ll be trusted with confidential information, a wide range of responsibilities, and expected to operate with the highest level of discretion.

What You’ll Do :

• Calendar & Task Management : Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, reminders, and deadlines with precision.
• Research & Communication : Conduct topic-specific research and assist with external outreach and correspondence.
• Financial & Staff Coordination : Help track personal expenses, payments, and manage or communicate with domestic or administrative staff.
• Personal & Administrative Support : Assist with both business-related and personal errands, travel planning, and general coordination.
