ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Contributes to cycle counts, internal stock takes, and audited ones
2. Assists in matches the quantities and value of stock with the system
3. Points out issues causing discrepancies
4. Makes sure the inventory processes are implemented and escalates in case of non-abidance
5. Coordinates with senior inventory controller prior and post the cycle counts, internal stock takes, and audited ones
6. Covers KPIs by store for ex : counting / checking
7. Handles physical verification, regular reconciliations, and general monitoring of stock activity
8. Assists in developing and implementing inventory policies and procedures
9. Assist in preparing studies related to inventory levels and consumption
10. Participates in monthly and annual stock counts in the field
11. Coordinates with warehouse team to implement and ensure a control system to reduce inventory obsolescence
12. Audits freshies treatment, zoning, returns, receiving, batches and transfer sites, then acts according to each status
13. Fills in impeccably related reports upon visits
14. Performs other duties as assigned

15. Reports any hazards or risks in addition to Accidents / Incident to QHSE department
16. Complies to company’s IMS Policy
17. Abides by company’s local legal and client requirements
18. Attends and engages in IMS awareness sessions
19. Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or supply chain or any equivalent degree
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
0 to 1 year of relative work experience (preferably FMCG or retail)
