Your Impact
You'll be at the heart of our recruitment operations, managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process while acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Every hire you manage contributes to real business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Owning and executing full-cycle recruitment : from brief intake to onboarding support
- Partnering directly with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and company culture
- Crafting job ads that attract, engage, and convert the right candidates
- Running sourcing strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, etc.) with speed and precision
- Screening and interviewing candidates using behavioral and structured methods (STAR, competency-based, etc.)
- Preparing detailed interview notes and candidate reports
- Coordinating client interviews, feedback loops, and offers
- Conducting reference checks and supporting offer negotiations
- Driving strategic projects : client proposals, market mapping, salary benchmarking, etc.
- Actively managing and growing candidate pools and talent pipelines
- Co-managing our LinkedIn and social media content calendar (posts, thought pieces, video content)
- Representing RecruitMe Plus at career fairs and recruitment events
- Supporting business development efforts (prospecting, calls, and marketing campaigns)
- Suggesting tools and process improvements that enhance hiring quality and candidate experience

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience3+ years in recruitmentProven success in headhunting and sourcing hard-to-fill rolesStrong understanding of the GCC talent marketExperience with ATS and CRM toolsFamiliar with recruitment marketing and employer branding practicesIntegrity and professionalism in everything you do
