Position Overview :
We are looking for a Solutions Architect (Presales Engineer) with 3+ years of experience in networking and security presales. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, designing tailored IT solutions, and effectively communicating technical value propositions to clients.
Key responsibilities :
- Design tailored IT solutions using technologies like Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Trend Micro, and others
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals, including responses to RFPs and RFQs
- Prepare and maintain detailed High-Level and Low-Level Design documents (HLD / LLD) to support Deployment and Support teams
- Ensure all proposed solutions meet customer requirements, comply with industry standards, and align with business objectives
- Participate in internal design validation and peer review processes
