Role Summary :
The Commercial PMO Coordinator supports the PMO Manager and CCO office through efficient
documentation, coordination, tracking, and follow-through of commercial initiatives. This role
ensures discipline, structure, and seamless organization across workstreams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain project trackers, action logs, and structured documentation.
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, follow-up sheets, and weekly progress summaries.
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and basic dashboards.
- Coordinate calendars, workflows, and task assignments.
- Gather data for pricing, promotions, category reviews, and expansion initiatives.
- Support communication between departments and escalate delays or issues.
- Assist with document formatting, archiving, and PMO administration.
Requirements
2–5 years experience in coordination, project support, operations, or administration.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.Strong communication and reporting skills.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.Experience in retail or FMCG is an advantage.
