What your day will look like :
- Supporting the sales / business development activities as post-sale point of contact for corporate accounts, together with all related liaison with the internal technical and data processing teams.
- Handling wide range of customer communications, queries in the first instance.
- Preparation of reports, invoicing, updating customer records, etc.
- Responsible for sales campaign for existing customers.
- Escalating point for all customers.
- Responsible to customer retention and sales.
- Business to Business communications and problem solving.
- A pivotal role interfacing between customers, the sales and internal data teams and technical specialists.
- Involve order processing and associated input to systems.
- Preparation of reports, invoicing, updating customer records, etc.
- Provide effective first level support to customers, prior to escalating queries.
- Employee development and performance management .
- Team and Management level reporting of Key Performance Indicators.
- Training of members, process review, planning and scheduling or workloads.
