We are expanding our remote sales team and seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to help drive our continued growth and success.

Role Overview As a Remote Sales Manager , you will lead and mentor a team of remote sales agents supporting on-the-ground property consultants.

Your focus will be on driving sales performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support the remote sales team to meet monthly targets.

Manage inbound / outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails with professionalism and clarity.

Conduct client consultations to understand investment needs and present suitable property options.

Coordinate and schedule meetings for field agents, ensuring timely follow-ups and client satisfaction.

Monitor team KPIs, coach agents, and deliver feedback to improve performance and communication.

Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports on leads and conversion rates.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine lead-generation strategies.

Handle escalated client cases, ensuring timely resolutions aligned with company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management , real estate , or customer service .

Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate remote teams.

Excellent English communication skills — good spoken and written English is a must.

Fluency in Arabic is an advantage (French is a plus).

Skilled in high-volume client communication and call management.

Proficient with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).

Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
