What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a high-performing, persuasive, and experienced High-Ticket Sales Rep to join our mission. You’ll be responsible for closing advertising deals, onboarding local and international brand.

Key Responsibilities

Source and close high-value advertisers (agencies, brands, SMEs, corporates)

Pitch AdOnTrack’s outdoor ad campaigns to marketing teams and decision-makers

Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects from outreach to close

Hit and exceed weekly / monthly sales goals

Educate advertisers on the benefits of mobile billboard campaigns

Work closely with the founder to optimize sales strategy and messaging

Who You Are

A proven closer with a track record of selling high-ticket services (ideally $1K–$20K+ per sale)

Experienced in B2B sales, especially with marketing agencies, media buyers, or CMOs

Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, pitching, and negotiating

A go-getter who’s hungry, driven, and thrives under pressure

Bonus : Background in advertising, marketing, or media sales
