Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving all network and firewall issues (L1 and L2 Support)
- Supporting clients with Switching (Cisco, HP, Juniper), Routing (cisco), Firewall (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Pfsense), Wi-Fi
- Oversee the installation of new network systems
- Updating or creating new VPN, policies and firewall tasks, device configurations, advanced network topology
- Replacing devices end of support, upgrading firmware, fixing security vulnerability
