Position Overview :

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with system configurations.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software applications.
• Collaborate with IT team members to perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, data backups, and security patching.
• Participate in IT projects.
• Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and IT trends.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking hardware and software assets, and maintaining accurate records.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding information security, data privacy, and IT best practices.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the IT Manager or IT Officer.
