As the company continues to grow, they're looking for two Operations & Logistics Coordinators to join their Lebanon headquarters.

This isn't simply a data entry position.

You'll play an important role in keeping international operations moving by coordinating logistics, processing invoices, tracking shipments, supporting purchasing activities, and working closely with teams across different countries.

If you're someone who enjoys structure, loves solving problems, and wants to grow into larger operational responsibilities over time, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What you'll be doing

• Processing operational and logistics data
• Preparing invoices and billing documentation
• Monitoring shipments and delivery schedules
• Maintaining Excel reports and operational records
• Supporting sales orders and internal documentation
• Coordinating with international teams
• Assisting with purchasing and supplier documentation
• Taking ownership of new responsibilities as you develop

We're looking for someone who

• Has experience in operations, administration, logistics, or data entry
• Is confident using Microsoft Excel
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Learns quickly and enjoys taking initiative
• Communicates well with different departments
• Wants to build a long-term career in operations
