Cost Controller

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Cost Controller to join our dynamic team. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, develop key skills, and grow within our organization.Duties/Responsibilities:Monitor and control operational and project costs against approved budgetsAnalyze cost structures, profitability, and financial performancePrepare accurate and timely cost reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and provide actionable insightsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvementDevelop interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar toolsPresent financial data through charts, graphs, and KPIs for managementTranslate complex data into clear, visual insights to support decision-makingAutomate reporting processes and enhance data visibilitySupport annual budgeting and rolling forecastsCollaborate with departments to ensure accurate cost planningUpdate forecasts based on actual performance and trendsEnsure adherence to financial policies and proceduresSupport internal and external auditsMaintain data accuracy and integrity across systemsRequirements and skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field5 to 8 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or similar roleStrong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysisAdvanced Excel skills (dashboards, pivot tables, advanced formulas)Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar) is highly preferredFluent in Arabic, English, and FrenchStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to present data in a clear and visual format
