Credit Manager

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Credit Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Define, implement, and continuously improve the credit policy and approval framework in alignment with business strategy.Conduct financial due diligence on new and existing customers, including analysis of financial statements, cash flow, leverage, and payment behavior.Perform in-depth financial analysis to assess customer creditworthiness and exposure, particularly for IT projects, SaaS contracts, and long-term service agreements.Review, approve, and monitor credit limits, payment terms, guarantees, and securities in accordance with delegated financial authority.Act as the main point of contact with credit insurance providers, including:Submitting credit limit requestsManaging insured exposuresFollowing up on limit approvals, renewals, and cancellationsCoordinating claims and recovery processes when applicableProvide financial approval and risk recommendations for:New customer onboardingContract renewals and extensionsExceptional payment terms or commercial deviationsClosely monitor accounts receivable aging, identify high-risk accounts, and define mitigation actions.Lead and support collections strategy while maintaining strong customer relationships.Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to review contracts, payment terms, and risk clauses.Escalate high-risk exposures and overdue accounts to senior management with clear risk assessments.Prepare and present credit risk dashboards and management reports.Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and credit insurance policy conditions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.7 to 8 years of experience in credit management, financial analysis, or risk management, preferably in IT, technology, software, or services sectors.Hands-on experience with credit insurance and external risk mitigation tools.Strong background in financial due diligence, financial statement analysis, and credit approvals.
