Endoscopy Product Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Product Manager to oversee the development and enhancement of endoscopic products in Beirut, Lebanon. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects related to these products and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration within healthcare institutions. By leveraging their understanding of endoscopic procedures and industry trends, the manager will drive sales growth and effectively manage business opportunities.

Responsibilities :

• Scheduling meetings with potential and existing clients, including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Presenting and promoting company products to healthcare professionals, and leveraging effective selling techniques to persuade them to adopt the products.
• Collaborating with internal teams to provide valuable insights and market feedback.
• Preparing detailed sales reports, analyzing market trends, and submitting timely purchase orders to relevant departments.
• Assessing customer needs, recommending and presenting products that align with those needs, and driving product usage within healthcare settings.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand product sales, resolving customer complaints, and negotiating terms of sale effectively to secure deals.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients by providing exceptional after-sales service and ongoing support.
• Building and nurturing professional connections with healthcare professionals in gastroenterology, surgery, and clinic staff within the assigned territory.
• Organizing conferences and group events for medical professionals to increase product visibility.
• Regularly attending industry events, training sessions, company meetings, and workshops to remain current with developments.
• Conducting market research on competitors products, pricing strategies, and success rates.
• Maintaining detailed activity logs on the company's CRM system for consistent tracking of sales performance and customer interactions.
