Operations officer

A company located in Mkalles is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Operation officer to join our team

Key Responsibilities :

• Call operator : provide excellent customer service by addressing inquires and concerns to clients.
• Invoicing : Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients based on services provided.
• ⁠Collection : Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments and ensure proper documentation of all collections activities and update the system with payment status.
• ⁠Attendance Management : Track employee attendance, including absences, late arrivals and early departures.
• ⁠Office Admnistration : Perform general office duties, including filing , office organization and maintain office supplies.
• ⁠Collaboration with Senior operations officer : Support the senior operations officer in managing team operations and ensuring goals are met.
