The Job

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced  Software Sales Specialist  to drive sales of cutting-edge software solutions in the fields of  logistics, safety, and artificial intelligence (AI) . The ideal candidate is results-driven, has a strong understanding of B2B software sales cycles, and demonstrates a deep knowledge of the logistics and safety industries, as well as AI-driven technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients in the logistics, safety, and AI sectors.
  • Present and demonstrate software solutions tailored to clients’ specific operational challenges.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • The Profile

    Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience selling logistics or safety-focused software solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in industrial or enterprise settings.
  • A network of contacts in logistics or safety-related industries.
  • Requirements :

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably within logistics, safety, or AI industries.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions (e.g., SaaS, cloud platforms, AI tools).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
