- Operations to be carried out with high HSEQ and operational constraints, within the framework and respect of the I3SRS and MAESTRO safety management system.
- Ensure the relationship with external companies
Activités
Develop and update various operating proceduresManage the reception, mooring, and inspection of tankers according to operational standards and international safety systemsPrepare and propose the CAPEX and OPEX budget for depot maintenance once a year and the CAPEX LTPPrepare tender documents related to new projects and the procurement of goods and servicesParticipate in the development of the maintenance plan and public service projects with the finance teamPrepare and update depot plans whenever necessary or upon any modificationImplement projects and ensure their reception in accordance with the change management procedure for at least 6 projects per yearMonitor monthly KPIs related to operations and technical integrityConduct quality control tests on Jet A1 fuel during daily operations, for each tanker, and every 6 monthsConduct the annual EIA, setting operational and HSE objectives for the concerned personnelParticipate in the annual update of the professional risk analysis or TRA as neededEnsure that all work is carried out in accordance with company rulesReview organizational charts and technical integrity procedures with each system modificationHarmonize, in coordination with procurement and HSE, the supplier selection process to include performance (technical qualifications, quality, cost, and duration)Manage inventory, the reception of new equipment, integration into the CMMS, technical integrity, and the database (specifications and catalogs)Participate in employee training by identifying necessary operational training, creating modules, testing, and monitoring performanceProfil du candidat
Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical EngineerMaster’s degree in Fluid Dynamics, Management, Operations, or equivalent is highly recommendedMinimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the industries, control and automation / piping or processed equipment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial roleProficiency in Arabic, French, and EnglishVery good communication and negotiation skillsStrong managerial skillsAbility to take initiativesAbility to work under stressExcellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Informations supplémentaires
