About this role
This role will give you the opportunity to deliver high-added value data & analytics projects and build high-quality and innovative solutions for our clients within a growing service company.
What will you do?
- Propose solutions and strategies to tackle business challenges.
- Contribute to the design of the technical solution chosen to collect, analyze data, and display the results obtained.
- Manage a project from A to Z
- Analyze large amounts of information to find patterns and solutions.
- Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources.
- Carry out preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
- Enhance data collection procedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic systems.
- Develop prediction systems and machine learning algorithms
- Present results in a clear manner
- Processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis.
- Assist the IT teams in all phases of the production, maintenance, and update of the models developed.
- Provide internal training to new joiners when needed.
- Support the Team Lead / Manager regarding client relationships, business development, and internal projects.

Who are you?
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Engineering4 to 8 years of technical experience in advanced analytics and data scienceFull proficiency in English + 1 Additional language (French, German, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese...)TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proven hands-on experience in Python programming language coupled with additional languages experience if possible (e.g. SAS, R, Javascript)Strong skills in Statistics & Machine Learning such as regressions, Clustering techniques, Time Series techniques, Bagging & boosting trees, Ensemble models, Neural networksExposure to BI / Data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QlikView…Proven hands-on experience in Big Data environments and languages such as Hadoop, Hortonworks, Cloudera, Spark, Scala, PySpark, etc. &Big Data querying tools, such as Pig, Hive, and ImpalaProven hands-on experience in large data sets both structured and unstructured data : Snowflake, SQL and relational databases, data warehouse, data lakeExposure to NoSQL databases, such as HBase, Cassandra, MongoDBProven hands-on experience in API integration using Python for extracting data from different sourcesProven hands-on experience in container technologies – Docker, Kubernetes, etc.Proven hands-on experience in solutions development & deployment experience in Cloud ecosystems and its associated services AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and IBM Cloud.Experience in building robust data pipelines using ETL techniques and frameworks, such as FlumeExperience to work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data and leveraging it to build AI / ML model deployment & monitoring / enhancements for standalone solutions or through end-to-end automated data pipelinesINTERPERSONAL SKILLS
