Oversee the implementation of WCM digital applications across all EMME sites
Conduct monthly follow-ups and site visits.
Collaborate with local coordinators to develop and execute yearly roadmaps.
Coordinate with the SG federal team to monitor implementation progress and provide necessary support.
Conduct monthly follow-ups on industrial CSR KPIs, including CO2 emissions, NRW, and water usage.
Contribute to the development of Saint-Gobain EMME cluster’s Environmental, Health, and Safety policies in alignment with group policy guidelines and objectives.
Lead and manage industrial projects within EMME countries, ensuring effective execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations related to sustainability topics for EMME sites.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of industrial and EHS practices.
Excellent project management skills.
Ability to travel extensively within EMME countries.
Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
