Job Title : Store / shop Manager – Luxury Fashion Retailer

Location : Beirut, Lebanon

Reports To : Regional Retail Manager / Area Manager

Employment Type : Full-time

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our client’s luxury fashion store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the high standards of our luxury brand. You will manage a team of sales associates, ensuring their professional development while creating a memorable and exclusive shopping experience for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

1.Sales & Business Development

o Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by leading the sales team and implementing strategic initiatives.

o Develop and implement strategies to increase store foot traffic, customer engagement, and conversion rates.

o Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

o Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored services.

2. Team Leadership & Development

o Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and maintain the store's luxury standards.

o Conduct regular training, performance evaluations, and career development for team members.

o Create and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and personal growth.

o Schedule shifts, ensuring adequate staffing to meet business needs, especially during peak periods.

3. Customer Experience

o Ensure the highest level of customer service, handling client inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.

o Implement and uphold store protocols that reflect the luxury brand's commitment to quality, exclusivity, and exceptional service.

o Organize and host exclusive events and personalized shopping experiences for VIP clients.

4. Operations & Store Management

o Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, from stock management to visual merchandising.

o Manage inventory, stock levels, and deliveries, working closely with the back office to ensure timely and accurate restocking.

o Maintain the store’s aesthetics, ensuring displays, product organization, and store cleanliness reflect the luxury brand’s image.

o Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.

5. Financial Management

o Monitor sales performance, budget control, and financial reports to ensure profitability and cost control.

o Manage store expenses, ensuring effective use of resources to meet targets.

o Prepare and report on sales and financial performance to senior management.

6. Brand Representation

o Represent the brand and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.

o Ensure all marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding align with the luxury retailer’s values.

o Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products, ensuring that the store remains at the forefront of the luxury market.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience :

o 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail.

o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

o Strong understanding of luxury market trends, customer expectations, and retail operations.

  • Skills :
  • o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    o Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to adapt to changing customer needs.

    o Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service.

    o Solid knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and financial reporting.

  • Education :
  • o Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
