An Audit Frim is Looking for an Administrative Assistant to handle office tasks and support compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with department heads and staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow for the General Manager’s office.
- Manage all internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Cluster GM, including written and telephone communication.
- Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems and ensure records are up to date.
- Monitor office operations, communication channels, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar executive support role.Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (spoken and written).Proficient in Microsoft Office.Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and documentation handling.Professional, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information.Commitment to sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement.Manage schedules, emails & office communicationAssist with compliance audits & documentationPrepare reports & maintain recordsEnsure policies & regulations are followedProficient in MS Office & Google WorkspaceStrong organizational & communication skillsKnowledge of compliance regulations is aplus
