A company located in Mkalles is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Operation officer to join our team
Key Responsibilities :
- Call operator : provide excellent customer service by addressing inquires and concerns to clients.
- Invoicing : Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients based on services provided.
- Collection : Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments and ensure proper documentation of all collections activities and update the system with payment status.
- Attendance Management : Track employee attendance, including absences, late arrivals and early departures.
- Office Admnistration : Perform general office duties, including filing , office organization and maintain office supplies.
- Collaboration with Senior operations officer : Support the senior operations officer in managing team operations and ensuring goals are met.
Qualifications :
BA In hospitality or business administration2+ years of Experience in an operational or administrative role. ( preferably in food and beverage sector )Strong communication skills with focus on English proficiency.
